Skies should remain mainly clear tonight, although there will be more cloud cover north of the Valley into Middle TN. Temperatures will drop off quickly once the sun sets, and the wind should diminish.
Look for readings to drop into the upper 30s by 10 p.m. Lows should bottom out in the lower 30s as we begin Friday. We’ll see mostly sunny skies into the afternoon, but it could still be a touch on the breezy side with a WNW wind around 10 mph. Highs will be limited to the mid 40s, so it may be a few degrees cooler compared to today.
Clear skies can be expected Friday night, and we should be even colder for Saturday morning. Lows will slip into the upper 20s.
We’ll see plenty of sunshine through the afternoon, and temperatures will recover quickly as winds turn to more of a southerly direction. Highs should top out around 50°. Clear skies continue into the night, and temperatures will bottom out in the lower 30s once again. You can expect more cloud cover through the day Sunday as a weak cold front approaches from the north. An isolated shower is possible, but many will stay dry.
Temperatures will still drop just below freezing overnight, and a few flurries may fly as temperatures cool. There won’t be anything accumulating…so expect it to be business…or school…as usual Monday.
Skies will clear Monday afternoon, but it will still be cool with highs in the mid 40s. Temperatures will get milder for the rest of the week, and highs will be back into the 50s on Tuesday.
