A few showers are possible mainly east of I-65 into Thursday afternoon. However, our area is in dire need of consistent widespread rainfall to provide relief from the worsening drought.
Overall, warm and dry conditions will carry over into the weekend with even warmer temperatures for the first week of November. Perhaps, a few of us will pick up a little rain today, but it won't enough to help our cause.
After another warm day near 80, expect low/mid 50s overnight into Friday with light northeast winds. Looking beyond, mid 80s for weekend highs through next week with another shot of rain possible this time next week.
