Tonight stays cloudy and not as cold with overnight lows in the upper 30s. Sunday will be a little warmer but it will remain mostly cloudy with a few isolated passing showers possible. Rain chances pick up slightly ahead of a cool front Sunday night into Monday morning. This won’t bring a major cool down but we’ll see highs back to around 50° on Monday afternoon with scattered showers and extra clouds.
As gusty south winds increase on Tuesday, temperatures will soar into the upper 60s with some scattered showers.
Another, stronger cold front arrives late Tuesday into early Wednesday. This will bring widespread heavy rain and some gusty thunderstorms during this time. Right now, the severe weather threat looks to be on the low side but we will be monitoring for some stronger wind gusts.
Another quick cool down arrives as the moisture exits on Wednesday night into Thursday morning. It is too far out for specifics but this opens the window for another brief wintry mix.
With another unsettled week ahead, be sure to check back for updates on air and online.
