It’s finally feeling more like it should. Evening temperatures will remain around 70 degrees until sunset. We will have a few high clouds overnight tonight with a southwest wind at 5-10 mph and lows in the upper 40s. A quick warm up will get underway right after sunrise Tuesday morning and afternoon highs will reach 80 in several areas. Expect scattered clouds with no rain.
Rain and storm chances will begin to move in late Wednesday as the humidity slowly returns and a disturbance approaches from the west. Shower chances will be with us again Thursday. Highs will be in the middle to upper 70s Wednesday and Thursday afternoon.
Thursday night into Friday morning we will see a line of scattered showers and thunderstorms move in. They will be capable of strong gusty winds, frequent lightning and very heavy rain. We will be monitoring the potential for severe weather with the Friday system for the rest of the week.
Have a great night.
