We're already tracking our next weather maker that will arrive tonight and bring much colder air to the Tennessee Valley for the last days of 2013
It will also bring an increase in cloud cover and a stray sprinkle or light rain shower on Monday. Temperatures on Monday will start near the freezing mark and only climb into the upper 30s under mostly cloudy skies. We’ll have a bit of a northerly breeze so it will feel even colder.
New Year's Eve looks clear and cold with temperatures in the 20s. The first day of 2014 will feature abundant sunshine and temperatures rebounding back into the low 50s.
Another cold front will bring a slight chance for some showers on Thursday along with a reinforcing shot of cold air. More rain will be possible late next weekend.
