Landfall possibilities with Isaac are now anywhere from Louisiana to the Florida Panhandle. Which is still not much of a change from a couple of days ago. But the National Hurricane Center has been showing a general forecast track onto the Alabama Coast.
What also hasn't changed much is timing of landfall. It still looks like a Tuesday afternoon or night event. Models are indicating as well this may be a strong Category 2 Hurricane when it does finally make landfall.
From there it may very well move northward and affect our weather most of the week with rain, severe storms and very strong winds. But we are still early in the game to know for sure.
